Pros

With more than 5 years of experience in sales I can definitely claim that Brenntag India is a very dynamic company, and is growing each day by embracing new systems and ways to do business, which is very well explained by the growth of businesses in the last decade ! Great work culture and an open environment, along with flexibility to have a great work life balance. Communication across the company, right from top management to country and then to the individual business teams is very clear and is delivered very effectively which makes the employees at every level and function aware about their respective roles and are able to relate to the management's expectations to deliver their part effectively. Being a distribution company the exposure to learning and grow are immense. The working culture is flexible enough for the employees to develop key job skills on the job itself.

Cons

Internal opportunities for career growth along with employment opportunities across different countries and regions needs to be further looked into.

Pros

The people I worked alongside were the best part of the job.

Cons

While my early experience was positive, my experience changed significantly over time. Communication and the application of workplace policies became less consistent, and the work environment felt increasingly micromanaged. Workplace changes and employee transitions were not always handled in a way that felt transparent or consistent. In my experience, compensation and annual raises did not keep pace with employee contributions or expectations. I also believe the company could do more to recognize and support long-term employees, especially during periods of change. It was a reminder that the end of an employee’s experience often reflects the culture just as much as the beginning.
