Pros
Daily challenges keep the work exciting. Its great working side by side with some of the best engineers I've ever met.
Cons
Career paths are limited - there is very little opportunity to change roles. Its now over 8,000 employees and is getting a lot of 'big company' problems. Bean counters now run the show, instead of engineers. Why Broadcom can not execute and bring to market a world class processor for the mobile market is beyond me.
