Pros

1. Good pay, good bonus and one (especially senior grade employees) can make a lot of money from RSUs if you survive on that year. 2. Notice period is just one month. 3. Flexible timings and WFH option is available if manager approves it.

Cons

1. No job security since lot of firings are happening at each and every quarter end. 2. No hiring due to cost cutting and so more workload among team members. 3. No facilities like gym, dormitory in the new Electronic city location 4. No team outings and no work culture. 5. No cubical workspace and it is like row type. It's too congested and you would hit the person sitting behind you if you move little bit. No privacy. 6. RSUs will be vested only at March end and you won't get it if you are fired before fourth quarter. 7. No proper roadmap due to lot of acquisitions. 8. No transparency among the management. 9. No work life balance if you are not staying in electronic city location Classic Broadcom - Heaven Avago acquired Broadcom - Hell
