      Salaries above average Very technical people, great to learn.

      Cons

      Lots of company politics. Management without a vision. Work-Life balance not always respected, People here will do work which some other big company have several people do The company is not credible to employees. Outside of Tel Aviv

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
