Salaries not being raised for 3 years, not even adjusted for inflation rate Your opinion is ignored and not respected or whatsoever No opportunity to work from home Very outdated system of rating employees, punishing for getting the lower rating with cutting annual bonus to half and not getting the stock options Micromanaging on all levels
