      Pros

      Management has grown the stock price higher than anyone expected. It was $140 when Avago bought us, now we’re over $1100. Salary is okay, so the equity is the reason to stay.

      Cons

      A few engineers get lots of new and interesting work. The rest are expected to show up and turn the crank.
