      Pros

      I was laid off due to acquisition but my experience has been positive as an employee. The work, the work culture, and employee benefits all favorable for employees.

      Cons

      it got acquired by Broadcom and I had to leave :(

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
