Pros
Some of most challenging work with significant accomplishments. The company is is a great market and has a lot of potential. Upper management is executing well.
Cons
Somewhat chaotic and inconsistent management down the chain of command. Use of resources is unbalanced, some with more than optimal workload, some less. HR seems disconnected from the employees.
