      + inclusive culture + supportive managers/colleagues + many opportunities for growth + great perks + flexible/remote working

      - pay (for newbies) - many people worked remotely because of their locations, so it was hard to bond as a team

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
