      Pros

      Decent salary package, was in VMware and was then bought over by Broadcom and retrenched shortly after so not sure about other pros since they paid us the same when we were bought over

      Cons

      Management only cared about streamlining and leaning out the teams without caring much about how it will impact our existing customers
