      Don't believe there were any outside of the RSU's

      Cons

      Came over in the VMware acquisition and immediately took a nosedive from a tech, layoffs, keeping employees in the dark, and focusing on people.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
