      meaning less work. So if someone who has skillset but wants to relax a bit then can join.

      Cons

      After acquisition, things have changed drastically. People won't be helping you to grow. Instead everyone is trying to save themselves. So gist is toxic culture.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
