Pros
I was so fortunate. I had a wonderful leadership team, incredible colleagues, and held the confidence of both. I was able to create my dream job as a communicator and employee engagement professional. I could see the results of my efforts in our NPS scores and engagement metrics.
Cons
Broadcom. Specifically: the CEO. His approach and outlook that people are as worthless and expendable as a used tissue characterized my experience. Our company (and team) was acquired by Broadcom. Everything that made our previous company what it was, was discarded. Values, the way of engaging people, vision: all gone.
