Pros
Great Comp plan for sales. Great gear. Gear works very well. Few customer complaints. Excellent support when there is an issue.
Cons
Work-life balance is non-existent. 70 hours a week is common. Quotas penalize high achievers. Quota goes up 20% per year. Which affects high performers more since they bring in most of the revenue.
