1. No appreciation of good work for fresh graduates. 2. expected to work long hours and sometime on weekends 3. no work-life balance 4. salary is below market value and incompetitive and no increments since 2 years 5. too many shutdowns ( two times in a year ) and mandatory unpaid time offs
