      Pros

      - The work environment is great: you can do your job and focus on it but also have time to help others with their projects if you want to - Very collaborative colleagues - Being CERN, it is extremely international so expect people from all over the globe - management is good, on average, and they really help in improving your skill set

      Cons

      - when management is bad, it is really bad: projects have no structure, people are working by themselves without a common goal and the situation can really degenerate. Luckily, this is very rare.

      Pros

      The employment process is very smooth and supportive. The technical team interviewed me for technical skills, and the HR is very supportive and helpful. Especially I haven't been employed by CERN previously, so I have a lot of questions. The employment team is very helpful and answered all my questions patiently. Also I like the job and my work very much.

      Cons

      Maybe the primary communication method could be email instead of phone calls? I sometimes miss phone calls, but will check every email.
