Call Required Weekends required No advancement opportunities Very little pay increases every year, sometimes as low as less than a dollar (hourly pay). Very limited PTO with sick time and CME time all coming from the same PTO bank. As an employee with over 10 years with the company I get 14 PTO days /year. Working full time.
