Pros
Working from home was the only pro.
Cons
The benefits are worse than what they give plan sponsor / clients who have Aetna. The training is horrible and mid training we were told that training was going to be longer. Lack of guidance when it came to resources for help. You do not get fmla until a year of employment. Their Quality Assurance agents are just horrible and disrespectful. I have never worked at a place who encouraged and turned a blind eye to a hostile environment. In training a few of my classmates were belittled and there was no reproduction or even apology. If I could give zero stars I would. Run. The pay is not worth the mental abuse.
