Pros
There is a lack of transparency in decision-making processes, and employees feel undervalued and unsupported. There is also a noticeable disparity in treatment between different departments, which has created a negative work environment. Overall, Canva needs to improve its employee relations and create a fairer and more supportive workplace. Especially team lead Chris from CHT very unfair.
Cons
I appreciate the opportunities to work on diverse projects, including those related to food, events, and other departments.
