Pros
Your teammates who you are on the same level with are incredible and you will make great friends while being stressed and miserable with each other -good wellness stipends and volunteer work
Cons
-Outward display of favoritism and whatever the opposite is; ie if HR doesn’t like you you won’t get any growth, in fact you’ll probably be managed out at their discretion. -toxic office culture masked by fake “best places to work” (employees don’t actually vote for this) awards, good food and lame parties where the full bar is supposed to be worth spending after hours at work. -pay disparity between genders and races
