      nice working env. flexible working hrs.

      Cons

      hikes and promotions are very bad. ppl who are manager's puppet, they will get the good hikes, no matter what their performance of the year is all about. managers needs to increase some competency.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k
