Thank you for sharing your experience and observations regarding your time with the organization. While we value the positive aspects you have outlined, we also recognize the challenges you have mentioned that may impact the day‑to‑day employee experience. You have highlighted that the role provides good exposure to automation testing knowledge, along with a supportive team environment that contributes positively to learning and collaboration. These elements continue to be appreciated by employees seeking technical growth and a cooperative workspace. At the same time, feedback indicates that the nature of project execution may lead to tight deadlines, requiring extended effort from the team. Employees have also reported instances of sudden late‑night work, which can create additional pressure and may affect work‑life balance when not managed effectively. These considerations are important in understanding how employees experience workload distribution and project demands. Based on this perspective, your review emphasizes the value of strong learning opportunities and team support, while also highlighting the need for improved predictability in work schedules and better management of deliverable timelines. We appreciate the balanced insights you have shared, as they contribute meaningfully to ongoing efforts to strengthen the overall employee experience. For any additional inputs or support, employees are encouraged to connect with their respective HR or project leadership teams for further guidance.

Cons

I was laid off after spending several months on the bench, with "lack of available projects" cited as the reason. However, another consultant in the same role who was also without an active client engagement was retained. As a woman and racial minority, I could not ignore the disparity in how these decisions appeared to be made. Before my termination, I reported being recorded without my consent and raised concerns about conduct that I believed reflected implicit bias. I was referred to as "URM" instead of by my name or role, encouraged toward race based employee resource groups rather than meaningful career opportunities, and repeatedly advocated for fair project placement while on the bench. My employment ended shortly after I raised these concerns. Following my termination, I pursued the matter through the appropriate internal and legal channels. I provided documentation supporting my concerns and gave the company multiple opportunities to investigate and resolve the issues. Rather than meaningfully addressing the evidence or acknowledging the seriousness of the allegations, the company denied wrongdoing, offered what I viewed as a nominal severance, and declined to accept accountability. Employees deserve confidence that concerns about discrimination and retaliation will be investigated objectively and fairly. My experience left me with the opposite impression.
