Overall hiring process of the Capgemini is excellent starting from technical round, techno-managerial round followed by HR round.
Cons
In my opinion, hiring pattern should slightly improve in case of profile sharing to openings in different business units (BU). Consolidate candidate profile sharing across business units into a single, coordinated communication. Rather than contacting candidates separately for each departmental opening, candidates would receive one consolidated call from the Recruitment team will help in optimizing the hiring process while delivering a superior candidate experience across all BU's.
