Pros

1. Flat Hierarchy - Very approachable COO, VP and Marketing Heads 2. If your work can show value, you would be valued - that's the best part; not like other organisations or business units where your value depends on your influence in the hierarchy 3. Capgemini LBS is India focus business unit but there are ample opportunities of working abroad in projects in APAC / MEA countries 4. Capgemini LBS gives more freedom and opportunities to women. Hence it is quite famous for its employee friendly environment 5. Appraisal discussion is open and a two way discussion 6. Work from home is available although I have taken only thrice in my 3 years as I love being in the office

Cons

More fun / team building / interactive sessions would be enticing for the people from operations

Pros

Great ppl to work with, very collaborative environment. Great benefits, WLB, and paid time off.

Cons

Brand and off shore could be better delivery, no incentives to retain ppl.

Pros

Pretty flexible. It's cool if you get on a project with a good client, because honestly you will become like a low-class employee at that company who they all dont care about and expect you not to be around very long so if you can deal with that then you can try and have a good time with them.

Cons

Honestly can't believe the audacity and entitlement of the middle management at this place. For example, last year everybody got about 3% merit raises (not at all keeping up with inflation but still something). This year, they were working with the same pool of funds to work with for raises, but made a "business decision" to consolidate the raises to only management. The rest of us got nothing. And the TOLD us they kept everything for themselves. And in addition to that, they twisted the knife by COMPLAINING to the whole department on a department call that their bonuses weren't enough. Just tone-deaf and careless mostly.
