Worst managers in CG - Anonymous employee Capgemini Employee Review

The old employees, especially managers who have been in CG for long time say more than 10 years should be thrown out of the company. They talk to employees as though they are the boss of the company. Have lot of attitude , disrespect for employee. They make good network till top level since they have been staying from more than 10 years and start screwing and misbehaving with new employees
