      Pros

      Good infrastructure. Dedicated training for freshers and also laterals. International company with recognition. Salary is paid at right time.

      Cons

      Still using some of the old technologies. Employees are not of much priority esp. freshers. Unfriendly managers. No much projects and long bench periods. Employee's work preferences like work location, technology domains etc. are not taken into consideration. Low salary for freshers.
