good easy culture, no time tracking, lots of projects , very less bench. you always get hired for a project from the start.
Cons
lousy hr, not a transparent appraisal policy, all process and lot of flexibility is manager dependant. app2 java bu has as good as non exist-ant onsite opportunity.
