Pros
Good team members, nothing related to work environment or policies.
Cons
Bad top level management. The look only for margins. No promotions or salary hikes as top management is interested only in increasing the margins their bonus. If you are a performing resource you will be overloaded with work as you will need to do work for whole team. No experienced resources in the team as they will replaced with freshers to increase the margin. No support from management to deliver.
