Pros

- great people - very collaborative - great opportunities to learn - very supportive line management - great London location (Soho but soon to change) - great Paris based company university (if you can get time off client work to go on a course!)

Cons

- WLB - lots of internal work required in order to do well at performance review. Deliver is 1/4 of scorecard and if doing long hours on intense client project, that leaves little time to do activities for the other 3/4s of the scorecard. Excellent delivery ratings and utlisation alone will not get a good score - On the job learning is very dependent on the project you are assigned to. Project resourcing is of the bus stop variety - whoever's on the bench. No pre-agreed rotations so best person placed in client job or to help for individuals to get career development opportunities they need - Technology is poor - laptops and mobiles regularly crash and mobiles are of limited choice and quality

Pros

Great ppl to work with, very collaborative environment. Great benefits, WLB, and paid time off.

Cons

Brand and off shore could be better delivery, no incentives to retain ppl.

Pros

Pretty flexible. It's cool if you get on a project with a good client, because honestly you will become like a low-class employee at that company who they all dont care about and expect you not to be around very long so if you can deal with that then you can try and have a good time with them.

Cons

Honestly can't believe the audacity and entitlement of the middle management at this place. For example, last year everybody got about 3% merit raises (not at all keeping up with inflation but still something). This year, they were working with the same pool of funds to work with for raises, but made a "business decision" to consolidate the raises to only management. The rest of us got nothing. And the TOLD us they kept everything for themselves. And in addition to that, they twisted the knife by COMPLAINING to the whole department on a department call that their bonuses weren't enough. Just tone-deaf and careless mostly.
