      Your work performance will not get you promotions. Only being in the good books of bosses will. The appraisal system is a complete sham.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k
