Good learning and development opportunities. Certification training and exam provided. Potential to change roles/teams and gain experience in different tech stacks.
Cons
Progression is slow due to the slow promotion process (the quickest you can get promoted if you’re good enough is once a year). There is no transparency of the pay ranges for each grade so you don’t know what you’re working towards.
