1. Positive thinking company looking to develop & change themselves so that it becomes best for people to work. 2. Altran take care of their employee's health by providing good quality food & beverages in the company. 3. For new joiners they take care of their requirements they providing them good quality backpack & other accessories which are required by an employee at his work stay with the company. 4. Would Follow some good values & procedures.
Cons
1. There is no systematic approach in any team, no support for other or new members. 2. Employee are willing to work for late hours but there is no transportation for late working employees, which resembles that company doesn't care about their employees, they just want us to work, no matter do we reach home safely or not. 3. Leadership qualities are lacking in many team leaders& managers, they act like bosses not leader's, they won’t understand the problem & help the individual to get out of it, they just want to wash their hands without helping them.
