- no Intercultural competence in - How to manage, lead and guide NON INDIA EMPLOYEES- Miles away to be ranked as a global player.. - very weak personalities at managing level (CEO, VP SALES CSS, PES and FROG BU) - you have to be a part of the good old Flextronic gang ... this is the Inner circle which rules the company.
