      Excellent engg staff, some good telecom projects (not all), flexible work time (not in case of on-site)

      Cons

      some projects are really boring and nothing is there to learn, Horrible polices for employees, scary management skills. compensation.

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
