      Nice colleagues and good company activities

      Cons

      Huge shortage of interesting work. The clients give Altran the work that they hate to do. So you have to be a sort of Mr. Clean who "loves the jobs you hate".

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
