Pros

1. Aricent(Formerly) has SFS team for L2/L3 Dev, it's own proprietary stack. 2. Majorly Layer 2, Layer 3 protocols work on different platforms. 3. Advantage is, it is sure that, you will be knowing working of protocol stack from the hardware level. 4. Of course, you can expect some good pay, but caution is they will take full juice out of it.

Cons

1. Frequent weekend work, (If you are not doing weekend(sat/sun) work, you will be considered as criminal in the workplace) 2. If you are asking leave => yes, you will be considered as criminal. Please prepare for not to ask leave at all (or) 1 or 2 days max per 3 months, if you are trying to join @SFS, Most weirdest thing is sometimes taking sick leave also kind of crime. 3. Engineering managers ( Not technical managers & bit less ethical) will be delegating the Techies. 4. Almost all high level engineering managers used to spend their whole life there in office, not sure why they consider it more important than personal life? 5. Many customers left using Aricent's proprietary stack in the recent past, so the future of it is uncertain ? 6. Often acquisitions are also happening. 7. I have seen many of resources health got corrupted because of unusual pressure. 8. Bad for lateral joinees. 9. More priority for south indians while hiring(that must be fine), but in official meetings also people will interact in Tamil, (that is very tough for north indians or for who don't know tamil).

Pros

Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

Cons

Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
