Pros
We got to work in good technologies, compared to other service companies. Salary was somewhat in similar or little high range than other service companies. No dress code or any such non sense like few service companies (TCS, etc). Flexible timings. No swap in swap out record.
Cons
Some poor guys in the managerial level. Some managers don't understand any thing technical and do politics. Failed to retain the good employees(specially the freshers). Some poor lateral hiring. Day by day the company is degrading from it's golden days.
