      You can say to overwork , and can ask for the type of work you would like to do if there is no dependency on you.

      Cons

      Bad management, politics, and not many growth chances. Attritionof experienced peoples make it hard for new , unexperienced people to learn and work.Very few salary hikes and no consideration of talent.
