None really, very badly organized, old technologies

Cons

Everything. Culture about being only one more resource that can get fired when they want. Old technologies. No freedom of choosing the best stack. No room to change projects or clients, no opportunities to grow. Managers with superiority complex

Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
