Training periods of 3 months for fresher is outstanding, they will brush up you well. With that kind of training entering into the project the work seems to be a boring one(Most of the projects are like boring). Pros: 1)No dress code 2)Evening free snacks
Cons
It bad to work in chennai branch, because everyone here speaks in tamil. More work less compensation. Lazy work timing, whole chennai people comes to office by 11am.
