Pros
You get to work on some of the latest technologies in telecommunications like LTE, WiMAX etc. The work environment is quite good - flexible timings, no dress-code, 5-day week
Cons
The compensation is quite average at the lower levels. This leads to a lot of attrition. Too much dependence on a handful of key accounts for revenue leading to a risky business model.
