      Manager who are working since 10-15 years , they are not able to get job in other company.And have made Aricent as their home company

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
