      Pros

      Providing good training sessions ....good for learning.

      Cons

      Manager support is not good they don't give frequent reply and support. This year 1% appraisal they have given and most of the salary hike they have added in medical and gratuity so appraisal is worst only u will get hike while entering in company then no hike and 1% hike after receiving extra achiever award for back to back 2 quarters.
