Please don't think about joining this company if u are a hardworking and want to learn something. - Verification Engineer Capgemini Engineering Employee Review

No hikes this year. Lot of Internal Politics. No proper tecnical trainings. No appreciation for hardworking employees. No work life balance. People who are hardworking they need to work more and people who don't work they will chill in the company and the guys who don't work will get awards and recognition for being nice to managers/directors. Small Startups are giving more hikes compared to Capgemini Engineering. My suggestion would be never join in a company like this.
