Unclear policies and very slow career progression - Software Engineer Capgemini Engineering Employee Review

Ineffective management team I got the impression that anyone doesn't listen to me well and tries to find a solution to my issues, this generates really shallow discussions. Salaries don't match the other business on the same branch and engineers' seniority sounds like doesn't matter, this makes me really disappointed and planning to leave the company. Policies to grow inside the business is very dark really impossible to understand and sounds like no one knows really well about it.
