      Pros

      You will get your salary on time that is the only pro. You will get good onsite opportunities to work with google, qualcomm but they will only give tasks which doesn't need brain.

      Cons

      You have to stay in office compulsorily even if you dont have any work. They will keep giving unnecessary training which are not up to the mark and waste your time.
