Good company to start your career with. One can get good exposure of networking protocols in DATACOM domain.
Cons
My experience in ARICENT Gurgaon location was bad. Management is incompetent and gives unrealisitic timelines. Ask to spend all days/nights and weekends in office. But it depends from project to project and above all your manager.
