Capgemini is good for the brand, their socials are okay too but please note your experience is highly dependant on the business unit you're in. Capgemini Engineering is the worse business unit.
Cons
Capgemini Engineering is quite stingy, the socials are the best, promotions havent come often nor have bonuses. Stingy when it comes to reimbursement and expenses for learning, and even other mandatory training that was part of the graduate scheme/programme. There definitely felt like a disconnect between capgemini engineering newbury and the other business units within capgemini. Furthermore, the role was advertised as remote on linkedin job posting, but on the contracts it was hybrid, the role was advertised as software engineering and insinuated that it was geared towards development however it is more of non-software development work.
