1) Lot of learning in various projects 2) If lucky to get a good Business Unit, one can have lot of onsite opportunities 3) Great colleagues to work with 4) Company is doing good
Cons
1) Senior Managers and Directors are not worth to be on that positions, most of them are leading the same BU for a decade just like a govt clerks glued to their chairs. 2) No rotation of senior managers so no new creativity or ideas. 3) If not working at Client location and working in Aricent office than it can be bit pressure job, long working hours and too much expectations 4) Salary is one of the worse in Industry and hikes are given on basis of favorites rather than performance. 5) Chances of growing are directly proportional to how much you agree to your manager. 6) HR is good for nothing except giving Salary, everything is controlled by Management - what salary to give, what hike to give, whom to be promoted - HR is jst a dummy.
