Intelligent people. Managers generally lead with empathy.
Cons
Huge influx of Amazon employees who are bringing Amazon way of doing things to the company. Good for stock, presumably. Bad for company culture and morale. Performance management happens every 6 months instead of every year. Incentive to rush to deliver things and to never take on anything that can't be delivered in a 6 month time frame.
